It is an interesting experience. I have had a couple myself but i have brushed them off. One was that just after my mum died. I saw her sitting on her chair in the living room. I put it down to greif. I did feel light headed at the time. Thats why i asked. The other time, i fell asleep standing up....

It is said that little children see spirit regularly and have reported playing with children wearing 'old clothes' etc.. Children have been seen talking and playing with 'imaginary' friends.. I agree 100% I wonder if sceptics are trying to Convince themselves first. Some are very negative towards people who believe, and that is not being sceptical. It is being closed minded.
